What You Can Expect From Our Loyalty Program:
The program provides for the following types of marketing opportunities, you can pick and choose your options.
Welcome Post Card – Sent after sign up: a postcard is mailed giving the guest double points on their next visit or a customized offer.
Radar Email – Direct customized emails sent with a trivia question and offer for the store sent out bi-monthly by brand. This email also alerts the recipient of their current point balance and distance to the next award
On Demand Email – Direct Customized emails generated by us at our convenience to communicate the message or marketing offer of our choice. We recommend sending these between the radar emails with smaller specific promotions.
Birthday Mailers – The number one reason people go to a restaurant – Their Birthday! We send each member an offer for a FREE meal (up to $10) for their birthday. The industry statistic on this mailer is a high return with multiple diners, 3.2 people per discount, generating increased revenue of between $20 and $30 per offer redeemed. Birthday diners do not dine alone.
½ Birthday Mailers – Knowing birthdays are a big draw we have a cute ½ birthday card that goes out and says we know it is not your birthday but you are ½ way there so you should come in and celebrate with ½ off an entrée.
Anniversary Mailers – The number two reason people go to a restaurant – Their Anniversary! We send each member an offer for up to $10 off a multi-course meal for two for their anniversary.
Newsletter Distribution – The newsletter has offers, stories, area information, charity & community related information and customer photos of contest winners. Generated monthly it is seasonal and timely.
Award Certificate Letters – These are sent once the member has reached the points threshold to receive an awards certificate. You can set your threshold. Examples: $5 OFF is issued at 100 points/dollars, award certificate for $10 OFF is issued at 200 points/dollars, an award certificate for $25 OFF is issued at 500 points/dollars. Most people set the basic award at 5%. You can also set the system to send additional offers at the halfway point to assist in building the habit of coming to your restaurants.
Quarterly Mailers – This is a mailer with an offer that is sent to each Loyalty member notifying them of their current point balance and distance to the next award.
Lost Guest Mailers – This is a mailer to guests that have not been in 30, 60 or 90 days with an offer that is sent notifying them of their current point balance and expressing our concern over where they have been. Headlines include – We Miss You! We Are Starting To Get Worried! We Are Prepared To Send Out A Team To Find You!
Voice Broadcasts – You can have the system call all or some of your loyalty members and deliver a pre-recorded personal message from you to them inviting them in. It works great in conjunction with a promotion or event.
Text Messaging – No need for a seperate system, the system handles this as well. You can text directly to your members any offer or message you desire.
Social Media Marketing – It has that also. It is fully integrated with FaceBook and Twitter – you can post right to your FaceBook and Twitter accounts from our dashboard. Additional Social Media outlets will be added as time goes on.
Acquiring New Guests – The program allots for this as well!
Cold Birthday – You can purchase a list of local residents, non-members of your loyalty program, information including birthdays and mail them a birthday offer with information about your restaurant.
New Movers – You can purchase a list of local residents new to the area, non members of your loyalty program, and you can mail them an offer to come in and try your place out. The mailer contains highlights of why they want to experience your restaurant.
Custom Pieces – Whether based on brand initiative or seasonal opportunity, we have the ability to have basically anything produced and sent to your members, or you can purchase non-member local resident listings and run promotions designed to drive store sales and grow your loyal members. You can conduct quarterly campaigns primarily focused on increasing our market share and cultivating new guests.
